Key Technical Skills

• Industrial Robots: ABB IRC5 and Omni Core controllers, robot backup/restore, calibration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance.
• PLC Systems: Siemens S7-200, S7-300, S7-1200, S7-1500, Failsafe PLCs, TIA Portal programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• HMI/SCADA: Siemens WinCC, TIA Portal HMI configuration and maintenance.
• Servo Systems: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron servo motors and servo drive troubleshooting.
• CNC Systems: Siemens 802D, 802DSL, 828D controllers, drives, and servo maintenance.
• Electrical Maintenance: Power panels, control panels, motors, field wiring, electrical fault diagnosis.
• Industry 4.0: Implementation and integration of smart manufacturing solutions.
• Press Shop Equipment: Mechanical heavy-duty presses, robotic press lines, coil handling and de-coiler systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of ABB robotic systems and press shop automation.
• Troubleshoot robot controllers, PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, CNC controllers, and electrical systems.
• Carry out robot backup, restoration, calibration, and fault diagnosis.
• Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and electrical modifications.
• Manage critical electrical spare parts inventory.
• Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, MTTR, MTBF, and KPI reports.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for IATF 16949 audits.
• Ensure high equipment availability and reliability through effective maintenance planning.
