Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and commission ABB industrial robots for end‑of‑line packaging and material handling automation systems.
• Develop robot programs using RAPID, integrate robotic systems with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms.
• Ensure seamless communication through industrial networks such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus.
• Use RobotStudio for simulation, offline programming, and cycle time optimization to improve machine performance.
• Support machine development, troubleshoot automation issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• Interpret electrical drawings and support servo and motion control applications.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements and industry standards.
