Hiring: MICE / Inbound Tour Operations

Assistant manager/ Deputy Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and result-oriented professional to join our team and manage end-to-end inbound tour operations for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quotations, costing, tour proposals, itineraries, and PowerPoint presentations for destinations across India.
• Work out margins and profitability to ensure every booking contributes to the companys business objectives.
• Coordinate with Foreign Tour Operators (FTOs) through email, understand their requirements, respond to queries, and design customized tour itineraries.
• Negotiate hotel, transport, guide, and vendor rates within the financial guidelines of the company.
• Maintain good knowledge of hotels across different categories and destinations in India.
• Make and confirm hotel, vehicle, and other travel reservations with concerned vendors.
• Coordinate with the Ticketing and Transport Departments for airfares, ticketing, vehicle requests, and movement updates.
• Maintain tour details in the operations software, including tour registration, itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and physical files.
• Prepare necessary guest and group documentation and ensure timely completion of operational requirements.
• Submit completed tour files to the Finance Department after the guests tour.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and presentable personality.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of Indian destinations, hotels, and tourism operations.
• Previous experience in MICE, Inbound Operations, Incentive Proposals, or Meeting Formats will be an added advantage.
