Job summary

Hi Tours Group in Gurugram seeks an experienced Inbound Operation Executive to manage end-to-end reservations for hotels, transport, guides, trains and flights, coordinating with international tour operators and internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in inbound tour reservations and operations, excellent English communication, strong supplier negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple departures in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inbound tour reservations and operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Indian destinations; Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka or Maldives a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departures simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end reservations for hotels, transport, guides, trains, flights, and other travel services.
• Coordinate with international tour operators, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate rates and availability with hotels and vendors.
• Prepare accurate costings, bookings, and operational confirmations.
• Ensure smooth execution of FIT, Group, and MICE movements.
• Resolve operational issues proactively and efficiently.
• Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, Contracting, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain accurate records and system updates.
• Ensure all departures are operated profitably and as per company standards.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Inbound Tour Reservations & Operations.
