Job summary

LS Devices in Chennai is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage hospital invoices, follow up on payments, and coordinate with hospital finance teams to ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or CA/CMA Intermediate required.
• Hands-on expertise in Tally and MS Excel including PivotTables.
• 4–8 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.

• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client hospital invoices, outstanding payments, and collection follow ups.
• Coordinate with hospital finance teams to ensure timely payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain customer ledgers, reconcile accounts, and track overdue receivables.
• Prepare receivables ageing reports, collection trackers, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and entries in Tally.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO on collections, overdue payments, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting collections.
