Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor hospital revenue cycle including billing, TPA/insurance receivables, and collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors (internal & external) and ensure timely audit completion.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Supervise accounts team and allocate responsibilities.
• Ensure proper accounting of pharmacy, consumables, and departmental revenues.
• Review vendor payments and manage hospital procurement financial controls.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with prior experience in a Super Speciality Hospital to oversee the hospital’s financial operations, statutory compliance, revenue monitoring, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
