Job summary

ORTHO ONE Orthopaedic Speciality Centre seeks an experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee hospital accounting, financial operations, charitable trust activities, MIS, audits, cash flow, and internal controls.

The role requires 10+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in healthcare or charitable trusts. Strong leadership and ERP/Tally skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in finance or equivalent.
• CA qualification or internship completion preferred.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare and charitable trusts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital accounting, billing, revenue, collections, and reconciliations with TPA/insurance.
• Oversee charitable trust accounting: books, receipts, donations, grants and fund utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, 12A/12AB, 80G, CSR and statutory requirements for trusts.

Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to manage hospital accounting, financial operations, Charitable Trust activities, statutory compliance, MIS, audits, cash flow, and financial controls. Hospital/healthcare and Trust experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hospital accounting, billing, revenue, collections, and TPA/insurance reconciliations.
• Handle accounting and financial management of Charitable Trust activities, including books of accounts, receipts, payments, donations, grants, and fund utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax provisions, 12A/12AB registration requirements, 80G provisions, CSR requirements, and other statutory requirements applicable to Charitable Trusts.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, receivables, and fund requirements.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and stock audits.
• Oversee inventory accounting, fixed assets, and account reconciliations.
• Handle secretarial and governance compliance for Companies and Charitable Trusts.
• Coordinate with the Company Secretary, auditors, and statutory consultants to ensure timely compliance.
• Supervise the Accounts & Finance team and provide financial analysis to the HOD.

Qualifications & Experience:

• M.Com / MBA (Finance)/ CA (Inter) / CA.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial or senior-level role.
• Hospital/healthcare and Charitable Trust finance experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting, Trust operations, taxation, statutory compliance, hospital billing, ERP/Tally, and Advanced Excel, with excellent analytical, reconciliation, leadership, and communication skills.
