Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team in Bengaluru is seeking a billing operations lead to supervise a 4-5 member team, ensuring accurate drafts, pre-bill and monthly invoices, and achievement of KPIs across the billing cycle.

You will coordinate with Billing leads, Account teams and Business managers to resolve issues, align on SLAs, and drive timely monthly billing with a focus on quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team and achieving KPIs.
• Strong billing and accounts receivable understanding.
• Ability to escalate and resolve issues in credit/collections.
• Proactive in training and upskilling staff.

Responsibilities

• Review of Drafts billing & Pre-Billings Invoices
• Lead a team of 4-5 staff to achieve agreed KPIs and maintain high standards of delivery
• Act as point of escalation to resolve any issues related to credit and collections
• Periodic review of AR reports to highlight deviations against company policies
• Identify training needs and arrange for training sessions to upskill team
• Adhere the timelines/ SLA built for the Process
• Co-ordinate with Billing leads/ Account team/ Business managers to complete monthly billing
• Creating Pre-bill invoices for clients as requested
