Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plants and production line.
• Maintain infrastructure and machines to maximize uptime, energy efficiency, and safety.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance checks; inspect belts, pulleys, and couplings; replace as needed.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical and electrical components (compressors, motors, valves, sensors).
• Calibrate safety controls, high/low pressure switches, and temperature controllers.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports and history cards; ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The candidate is responsible for the daily operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plants & production line
• to keep infrastructure & machines updated & ensure maximum uptime, energy efficiency, and safety.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM)—Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks; inspect belts, pulleys, and couplings for wear, tension, and alignment, replacing them as required.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs (Breakdown Maintenance—Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical and electrical components (compressors, motors, valves, sensors).
• Calibrate safety controls, high/low pressure switches, and temperature controllers.
• Safety & Documentation Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and history cards for equipment, and ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
