Job summary

DMart is seeking an Associate Manager / Manager- Maintenance to oversee electrical maintenance across multiple stores. The role focuses on minimizing downtime of assets, overseeing PM programs, and coordinating with projects and operations for smooth store handovers.

The candidate should possess BE/BTech in Electrical with extensive maintenance experience, strong leadership, and vendor management abilities, and be willing to travel to various stores as needed.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical engineering.
• 9+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a large organization.
• Exposure to HVAC & Plumbing.
• Willing to travel and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Institute measures to minimize downtime of assets (HT/LT/FAS/PAS/CCTV/UPS/FF/HVAC).
• Track and monitor resolution of issues reported by Stores.
• Ensure PM compliance as per maintenance plan.
• Coordinate maintenance activities (PM/Breakdown) via Maintenance Managers.
• Monitor safe working practices at store level.
• Manage vendor base and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate store handover between projects and operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position- Associate Manager / Manager- Maintenance (Designation will be decided post technical evaluation and current designation of the individual)

Qualification - BE/ BTech Electrical

Experience - 9+ yrs in electrical Maintenance

Location -Surat, Raipur, Nagpur

1.The position is at circle level and will be responsible for instituting measures and processes, so as to ensure minimum down time of assets (encompassing HT / LT / FAS / PAS / CCTV / UPS / FF and

HVAC systems) installed in the allotted stores.

3.Track and monitor resolution of issues reported by Stores.

4.Track compliance of PM as per maintenance plan

5.Would be responsible through the Maintenance Managers for all maintenance activities (PM /Breakdown) undertaken in operation.

Institution, Monitoring / tracking of safe working practices at the store level

6.Vendor Management and negotiation Coordinate Store handover between Projects and Operations

7. Coordinate store handover between projects and Operations.

8. Experience & Qualification Degree (BE/B Tech) Electrical with 10-15 Years of Experience in the field of Electrical Maintenance with a large organization in a team leading

9. Exposure to HVAC & Plumbing. Handling multiple sites.

• - Good understanding of equipment installed in our stores
• - Experience of handling multiple breakdowns across equipment and locations
• - Ability to priorities breakdown resolution
• - Ability to guide the Maintenance Team as required
