Job Objective
This position exists for the purpose of playing a vital role in supporting the Director of Learning and Development in executing high-impact, guest-centric training programs.
Essential Job Tasks
- Coordination at Unit level and Hub level for training initiatives, Use data driven L&D analytics
Areas of Responsibility
- Training Program Coordination and Execution
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for associates, focusing on service standards, guest experience enhancement, and brand consistency.
- Training Calendar Management: Develop and manage a structured training calendar based on departmental needs, working closely with department heads to schedule and prioritize training sessions.
- Monitoring and Collating Reports
- Provide regular reports to the Director of L&D, highlighting training participation, feedback, and areas for improvement, supporting a data-driven approach to continuous development.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics related to learning and development, such as skill improvement and guest feedback indicators, to measure the impact of training on service quality.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Assist in deploying Training engagement activities across functions and encourage participation in learning initiatives as per monthly and yearly training calendars.
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Work with department heads to identify additional training needs and ensure that learning solutions are tailored to support each department s unique requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector. Exposure to guest experience training or service quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
Languages Needed in Position
- Hindi, English and basic competency of local language is desirable
