Job summary

IHCL’s Learning and Development team seeks a capable coordinator to support the Director of Learning and Development in executing guest-centric training programs. The role emphasizes coordination at unit and hub levels, data-driven analytics, and cross-department collaboration to drive service standards and brand consistency.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, and delivering training, while tracking participation, feedback, and impact on guest experience across departments in a luxury

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Exposure to guest experience training or service quality improvement initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for associates, focusing on service standards, guest experience enhancement, and brand consistency.
• Develop and manage a structured training calendar based on departmental needs, working closely with department heads to schedule and prioritize training sessions.
• Provide regular reports to the Director of LD, highlighting training participation, feedback, and areas for improvement, supporting a data-driven approach to continuous development.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics related to learning and development, such as skill improvement and guest feedback indicators, to measure the impact of training on service quality.
• Assist in deploying Training engagement activities across functions and encourage participation in learning initiatives as per monthly and yearly training calendars.
• Work with department heads to identify additional training needs and ensure that learning solutions are tailored to support each department's unique requirements.

Job Objective

Essential Job Tasks

• Coordination at Unit level and Hub level for training initiatives, Use data driven LD analytics

Areas of Responsibility

• Training Program Coordination and Execution
  • Support in Program Delivery: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for associates, focusing on service standards, guest experience enhancement, and brand consistency.
  • Training Calendar Management: Develop and manage a structured training calendar based on departmental needs, working closely with department heads to schedule and prioritize training sessions.
• Monitoring and Collating Reports

Required Qualifications

Work Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector. Exposure to guest experience training or service quality improvement initiatives is preferred.

Languages Needed in Position

• Hindi, English and basic competency of local language is desirable
