This position exists for the purpose of playing a vital role in supporting the Director of Learning and Development in executing high-impact, guest-centric training programs.
Coordination at Unit level and Hub level for training initiatives, Use data driven L&D analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in learning and development, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector. Exposure to guest experience training or service quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
Hindi, English and basic competency of local language is desirable
