The role involves providing hands‑on demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and assisting in product understanding to drive sales or effective usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the use and functionality of instruments to customers or clients.
• Explain product features, specifications, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate instrument based on their needs.
• Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, or training sessions.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
• Stay updated with new products, upgrades, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (depending on industry – music, medical, lab, etc.).
