Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to oversee the Personnel Department in line with Hyatt's strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The role supports the Director of Human Resources in delivering Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel and ensuring smooth HR operations in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Human Resources Manager or Assistant Personnel Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division.
• Assist the Director of Human Resources with implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
• Align department operations with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
