Job summary

Hct Sun seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager – Solar Project Sales to lead project sales across southern India, focusing on C&I Open Access Turnkey, Rooftop EPC and BTM projects.

The role involves developing new customers, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to techno-commercial closure, and building strong ties with industrial and commercial buyers, CXOs, consultants and channel partners in Coimbatore and nearby regions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solar Project Sales / C&I Business Development.
• Proven experience in Open Access, Rooftop EPC and BTM Solar Projects.
• Strong customer network across south India, particularly Coimbatore.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and project-sales skills.
