Job summary

Mavenhasten Consulting in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead process engineering and manufacturing engineering initiatives.

You will drive Lean manufacturing goals, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of IE principles across multiple plants, including capacity planning, new product launches and digitization initiatives.

Required BE/B.Tech. and experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing with a track record of productivity improvements.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for process Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering

Responsible for implementation of Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies

Responsible for implementation of Industrial Engineering principles and Strategies , Provides direct support to Plants regarding the application of IE Principles

Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize .Being a Lean & Manufacturing Engineering specialist, employs Lean methodologies objectives

Mentors to IE managers to grow and develop their Capabilities

Must have strong fundamental knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Footprints, the teams with passion and Implementation Skills in the Cross-function environment

Capacity planning and new product launch expertise

Drives Capex budgeting, Preapprovals and Capex realization

Industry 4.0. Thorough Knowledge of implementing Digitization and Automation

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience handling multiple manufacturing plants across different locations.
• Should possess strong expertise in Process Engineering and Lean Manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in leading manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and operational efficiency across multiple sites is essential.
• A full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the Tier 1 automotive manufacturing industry.
