Job summary

Dana Anand Group India in Maharashtra, Chakan seeks a proactive professional to ensure EMS/EHS/OHSAS, MSES, IATF and AHQ standards compliance, while overseeing maintenance activities and driving cost and energy savings.

Responsibilities include monitoring machine utilization, initiating Kaizen for MTBF/MTTR reductions, planning TPM pillars, and guiding the team through training and progress reviews with timely escalation to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and auditing EMS/EHS/OHSAS, IATF, AHQ standards.
• Ability to drive cost saving and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Proven track record in planned maintenance and uptime improvement.

Job description

• Ensure Compliance to EMS/EHS/OHSAS, MSES, IATF, AHQ Standards & Procedures Requirements Oversee & Control Maintenance
• Expenses for department to track adherence to allocates budget. Identify and Drive Cost & Energy Saving
• Initiatives to ensure optimum and efficient use of machines. Initiating solutions and action plans for customer complaints to ensure effective redressal as per requirements.
• Monitoring continuous availability and usage of plant equipment in order to achieve maximum utilization of machines and other utilities.
• Formulating actions plans for correction of repetitive failure through implementing Kaizens to reduce MTBF & MTTR Proposing & Initiating plans for machine improvement, updates in systems and technology to increase overall efficiency of dept.
• Monitoring, Sourcing & Management of Spare Parts as per current and future requirement in accordance with given budget regulations Facilitating the overall development of team members through effective & need based training & proper work allocation
• Define the KPI And Monitoring Target
• Lead & make The Plan for TPM Pillars
• Provide Relevant Training And Guidance
• Review The Progress As Per The Plan Weekly
• Inform Progress and Escalate Unresolved Issue By The Team Timely To the Steering Committee and Get The Help To Resolve It
