Job summary

NoBroker in Hyderabad is seeking an AGM/GM - Design to lead the in-house design team and drive the latest design trends to enhance the customer experience. You will own the end-to-end Design team PnL, track productivity, and work with Design Managers to reduce delays while maintaining service quality.

The role requires 7–12 years in design with leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Office-based role with 6-day work weeks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Design or Graduation in Design / B.Arch / M.Arch with 7-12 years of experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must have prior experience in handling a large team of designers/managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house team of Design Managers and Design Leads across the cities.
• End to end ownership of the Design team PnL.
• Track productivity and utilization of design cohorts and ensure targets are met month on month.
• Handle customer escalations, propose solutions and gather feedback to improve NPS.
• Reduce TATs for the design phase while ensuring top-notch customer experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Lead the in-house team of Design Managers and Design Leads across the cities - Take responsibility for the creative vision and implementation of the latest design trends to enhance the customer experience.
• Identification of the flaws in the process and propose solutions.
• End to end ownership of the Design team PnL.
• Tracking the productivity and utilization of the design cohorts and ensuring that targets for each cohort are achieved month on month.
• Handling customer escalations, suggesting solutions and working closely with the Design Managers to gather customer feedback and improve the NPS.
• Reducing TATs for the design phase by closely monitoring the reasons for delay while ensuring the customer experience is top-notch.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Design / Graduation in Design / Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Architecture with 7-12 years of experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must have prior experience in handling a large team of designers/managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be adept at using MS Excel/google sheets.
