Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a seasoned CA professional to lead Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, and related financial controls in India. You will oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, and inter-system reconciliations, while driving SAP-based automation initiatives.

Responsibilities include safeguarding revenue integrity, managing AR aging, and mentoring the AR/Revenue Accounting team. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with 10–16 years of relevant experience.
• Strong SAP knowledge and finance process automation exposure.
• Experience in high-volume environments such as Retail/QSR/FMCG/Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, revenue accounting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Own revenue reconciliation across operational systems, billing, SAP and financial records.
• Drive revenue assurance, identifying revenue leakage and discrepancies.
• Review AR ageing, outstanding balances and GL/sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and revenue recognition requirements.
• Drive SAP-based process improvements and automation across AR and revenue processes.
• Partner with IT and Business teams on system integration, automated reconciliations, workflows and dashboards.
• Strengthen internal controls around revenue, billing, collections and receivables.
• Support statutory/internal audits and management reporting.
• Lead and mentor the AR/Revenue Accounting team.

Role Overview:

Lead Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Revenue Assurance and financial controls, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, reconciliations, AR accounting and timely closure. Drive SAP and finance process automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
• Experience in Retail, QSR, FMCG, Hospitality or other high-volume transaction environments preferred.
