Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a motivated Manager to lead Revenue Assurance, ensuring accurate accounting and IndAS 115 compliance. You will coordinate with international entities, payment gateways, and partners to optimize processes and controls.

The role involves preparing leadership reports and driving continuous improvement across finance operations. The ideal candidate has CA or MBA in Finance, strong technical skills in reconciliations, reporting, and audits, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• CA (2018-2022 batch) or MBA in Finance (2018-2022 batch).
• Strong knowledge of IndAS 115 and revenue recognition principles.
• Hands-on experience in account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits.
• Exposure to international accounting / entity consolidation preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / basic knowledge of SQL will be plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (D365 will be plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage books closure for international entities in a timely and accurate manner.
