Qualifications

• CA-qualified candidate with strong accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 5–10 years in Financial Reporting, Revenue Accounting or Collection Accounting.
• Experience in high-volume transaction businesses, preferably telecom/digital/subscription.
• Hands-on experience in revenue reconciliation and SAP/ERP.
• Knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Reporting, Revenue Accounting and daily revenue reconciliation across systems.
• Identify and resolve revenue/collection mismatches and unallocated receipts.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and guide the team on issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual closings and reporting.
• Review accounting areas like accruals, deferrals, and receivables; drive controls.
• Prepare MIS and drive automation and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Business, Billing, Tax, IT and Operations teams; support audits.

Responsiblefor Financial Reporting, Revenue Accounting, Collection Accounting and dailyRevenue/Collection Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timely closure, strongfinancial controls and compliance. The role will also drive issue resolution,process improvements and automation.

KeyResponsibilities

• Own daily revenue and collectionreconciliation across HOBS, PGs, BBPS, Banking and SAP/ERP.
• Identify, investigate and resolverevenue/collection mismatches, unallocated receipts, reversals, failedtransactions and revenue leakage.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and guide theteam on accounting issues and appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, periodicand annual financial closing and financial reporting.
• Review Revenue Accounting, customercollections, accruals, provisions, deferred revenue, receivables and otherkey accounting areas.
• Prepare/review MIS and management reportingand drive improvement/automation.
• Ensure smooth completion of Statutory, Tax,Internal Audit, AGR and IFC requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls andreconciliation processes and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Work closely with Business, Billing, RevenueAssurance, Collections, Treasury, Tax, IT and Operations teams.
• Participate in Finance/system projects anddrive automation, process improvement and control enhancements.

IdealCandidate Profile

• CA preferred, with strong accounting andfinancial reporting experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in FinancialReporting / Revenue Accounting / Collection Accounting.
• Strong experience in high-volume transactionbusinesses, preferably Telecom, ISP, Technology, Digital, Subscription orsimilar industries.
• Hands-on experience in Revenue Reconciliation,Payment Gateway/BBPS/Bank Reconciliation and SAP/ERP.
• Strong understanding of Ind AS/IFRS, month-endclosure, Balance Sheet reconciliation and internal controls.
• Good analytical skills with the ability toidentify root causes and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Experience in automation, process improvementand Finance transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and teamhandling skills.
