Job summary

Bengaluru Mane Samsthe LLP is seeking a capable construction professional to lead site operations for residential, commercial projects and high-rise developments in Bengaluru. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and master construction plans to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires reviewing architectural, structural and MEP drawings, directing subcontractors, streamlining resource allocation, and presenting progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Formulate project schedules, milestone metrics, and master construction plans.
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and cash-flow forecasting.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for constructability.
• Direct site operations for residential, high-rise, or commercial projects.
• Manage sub-contractors, vendors, and on-site construction crews.
• Streamline resource allocation, machinery deployment, and raw material utilization.
• Evaluate contractor tenders, negotiate terms, and finalize work orders.
• Validate vendor billing, quantity surveying, and material check certifications.
• Minimize material waste and control unexpected project cost variations.
• Liaise between structural designers, architects, and senior management.
• Present progress reports
