Job summary

Redon Lithium Industries is seeking a senior accounts professional to manage day-to-day finance operations in Greater Noida. The role leads 34 accounts staff, ensuring timely financial reporting and robust controls across GST, tax, and compliance.

Required are 8–10 years in accounts & finance, CA/MBA Finance or B.Com equivalent, and manufacturing sector experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP/SAP, and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA Finance or B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Min 8-10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Based in Greater Noida / nearby location.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and MIS reporting.
• Experience with Tally / ERP / SAP or similar accounting software.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in team handling and people management.
• Ability to independently manage the finance function and work with management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations.
• Supervise and guide a team of 34 accounts professionals.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, cash flow, fund flow, and financial statements.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and outstanding payments/receivables.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Ensure proper bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and balance sheet schedules.
• Support budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Review manufacturing-related costing, inventory accounting, stock valuation, and expenses.
• Ensure proper accounting of raw material, finished goods, purchases, sales, and inventory.
• Identify financial discrepancies and implement appropriate controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Provide timely financial insights and reports to the Management/Directors.
