Job summary

The role includes supervising engineering and maintenance teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS infrastructure.

The candidate will develop preventive maintenance plans, monitor breakdowns, and drive safety training across the team to uphold high operational standards in a busy facility

Qualifications

Responsibilities

   • Oversee operation and maintenance of: HVAC systems ( AHUs, FCUs, VRVs)
   
   
   • Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS)
   
   
   • Plumbing and water management systems
   
   
   • Diesel Generator - Operational and Maintenance
   
   
   • Sewage treatment plant - Operational and Maintenance
   
   
   • Fire detection and suppression systems
   
   
   • Elevators and escalators
   
   
   • Building Management System (BMS)
   
   
   
   

   Ensure optimum performance and reliability of all critical equipment.

   
   


2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
   
   
   
   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
   
   
   • Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely corrective actions.
   
   
   • Maintain equipment history and maintenance records.
   
   
   • Conduct periodic technical audits and inspections.
