Job summary

Cradlepoint, Inc. is looking for a 1st Level Operations professional in India to coordinate, support, and execute reactive and proactive maintenance to keep services SLA-compliant and performing well.

You will monitor events, manage incidents, escalate where needed, and drive problem management while focusing on customer experience and 24x7 coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecom or NOC.
• Understanding of SLA and RT concepts and their impact on operations.
• Proficient in ITIL and incident/problem management basics.
• Familiar with network operation centre (NOC) practices.
• Experience with monitoring dashboards and alerting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor services and manage events at the 1st level.

About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for the coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive/proactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do:
