PVR Limited is seeking an experienced housekeeping leader to drive operational excellence across our cinema network. The role will develop and enforce SOPs, manage housekeeping partners, and ensure audit compliance to deliver a superior guest experience.

The incumbent will lead large-scale housekeeping operations, supervise manpower planning and rostering, and drive continuous improvement in cleanliness and efficiency across multiple locations in Haryana/Gurugram.

Qualifikationen

• 20-24 years of experience in housekeeping leadership.
• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Experience in hotels or facilities management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and enforce housekeeping SOPs across cinema locations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with internal, external, hygiene, and brand standard audits.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and identify gaps in housekeeping processes.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve housekeeping standards and efficiency.
• Lead manpower planning, rostering, and training for housekeeping teams with regional managers.
• Manage relationships with housekeeping agencies, pest control vendors, laundry partners and other service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance through periodic reviews and service-level assessments.
• Conduct gap audits, hygiene audits, and brand standard audits across locations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports to track performance and compliance metrics.
• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and review P&L impact related to housekeeping operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
