Job summary

Attentive.ai in India is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development leader to manage a team of trainers and own the design, development and execution of organization-wide learning initiatives. This role partners with Operations, Quality, HR, Product and subject-matter experts to identify capability gaps and deliver measurable performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training or Capability Development.
• Direct experience managing, coaching and developing a team of trainers.
• Hands-on experience in training design, content development, facilitation and structured learning journeys.
• Experience managing an LMS, digital learning programs, learner assignments, completion tracking and reporting.
• Strong people-management, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable using data and AI tools to improve learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of trainers; allocate training programs and content-development responsibilities across the team.
• Review trainer performance, delivery quality, productivity and learner feedback; conduct observations and create individual development plans.
• Ensure consistency in training delivery, content quality, assessments and certification standards across programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis with Operations, Quality, HR and business stakeholders; design structured learning journeys for new hires and existing employees.
• Oversee the creation of presentations, videos, assessments, facilitator guides and guided learning courses.
• Manage LMS activities including course publishing, learner assignments, completion tracking, reporting and learner records.
• Support the development and maintenance of Attentive’s Learning Academy; coordinate with SMEs to convert process knowledge into structured learning content.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, quality scores, operational performance and stakeholder feedback; maintain calendars, dashboards and reports.

About The Role

This role is responsible for trainer performance, training delivery, content development, LMS management and the development of Attentive’s Learning Academy. The Training AM/DM works closely with Operations, Quality, HR, Product and subject-matter experts to identify capability gaps and deliver measurable performance improvement.

Must-Have Skills And Experience

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training or Capability Development
• Direct experience managing, coaching and developing a team of trainers
• Hands-on experience in training design, content development, facilitation and structured learning journeys
• Experience managing an LMS, digital learning programs, learner assignments, completion tracking and reporting
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides; able to create assessments dashboards and performance reports
• Strong people-management, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable using data and AI tools to improve learning effectiveness

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in a technology, BPO, shared-services or high-volume operations environment
• Exposure to instructional design, video creation, e-learning authoring tools, internal learning academies or certification frameworks
• Familiarity with Looker Studio or Power BI; new-hire training and Operations handover experience
