Assisting the Company Secretary in Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board/ committee meetings & general meetings and circular resolutions.
Preparation of Minutes of board/ committee meetings & General Meetings on time; coordination for signing of financial statements and other secretarial documents.
Updating and maintenance of Statutory Registers, Minutes Book etc.
Preparation of fixed and event based e-form filing with reports & documents.
Compliance of provisions of Company Law and Secretarial Standards
Assisting the Company Secretary on corporate governance matters, including best practices and emerging trends.
Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Manage communication with shareholders and respond to inquiries or requests for information.
Handle any other duties or special projects as assigned by the management
Other Tasks:
Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as regulators, lawyers, bankers and auditors
Updating Digital Signatures, KYC etc.
Skills required:
Experience minimum 1 to 3 years.
Excellent knowledge of office management software, such as MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, well conversant in English
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and liaison skills.
Ability to multitask and to work well in a fast-paced environment.
