Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, andnegotiating various commercial contracts and agreements including leases.
  
• Managingthe entire contract life cycle.
  
• Draftcontract templates for all lines of businesses.
  
• Promotinglegal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the companyby creating awareness.
  
• Legalsupport to other departments.
  
• Handlingtrademark portfolio including, but not limited to, seeking advice from IPattorney to understand the registration process, co-ordinate with brandingteam, share the mark for registration and ensure replies are filed withintime.
  
• Legalresearch.
  
• Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation,particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directlyaffect business of the Company, including laws and regulation of IRDAI.
  
• Thisrole may require travel based on the business requirement.
  
• Litigationand outside counsel management as and when required.
  
• Anyother legal support as may be required.
  

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience(preferably in labour laws and contracts) in any MNC or NBFC.
