Job summary

Torrent Power invites experienced Civil Engineering professionals for large-scale building project execution in Gujarat. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and ensuring drawings alignment with specs.

Responsibilities include daily planning, coordination with architects/consultants/contractors, bill verifications, tender preparation, safety compliance, and SAP/PPt/MSP/Primavera proficiency; BE or Diploma required with extensive field experience. Memar (Bhagodara Highway) location.

Qualifications

• Experience in large building projects (civil) and execution per schedule.
• Knowledge of architectural & structural drawings; checks for discrepancies.
• Experience with rate analysis and bill verification.
• Proficient in planning tools: PPT, MSP, Primavera; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day work.
• Check Architectural & Structural drawings to avoid discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Architect/Consultant/Contractor for detailing.
• Execute work as per Architectural & Structural drawing.
• Verifications & Certifications of Bills.
• Prepare tenders with technical specs & BOQ for civil/infrastructure work.
• Emphasize safety norms during execution.
• Provide rate analysis of prevailing construction activities.
• Shall have expertise in PPT, MSP, Primavera.
• Knowledge of SAP system.
• Raise PR, Post SES, trace data from the system.
• Experience of PEB execution preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Description of Job:
  • Experience of large size of building project (civil) consisting of execution of activities as per planned schedule.
  • Planning day to day work.
  • Checking of the Architectural & Structural drawing to avoid discrepancies.
  • Coordination with Architect /Consultant/contractor for detailing.
  • Execution of the work as per Architectural & Structural drawing.
  • Verifications & Certifications of Bills.
  • Tender Preparation including technical specifications & BOQ for civil & infrastructure related work.
  • To emphasis on adherence of safety norms during execution of project.
  • Shall be able to provide rate analysis of prevailing construction activities.
  • Shall have expertise in PPT, MSP, Prima vera.
  • knowledge of SAP system.
  • Competence to raise PR , Post SES, able to trace data from the system.
  • Experience of PEB execution will be preferred.
• Work experience: 10-12 Years for B.E. & 16-18 Years for Diploma
• Technical Qualification With civil engineering background having rich experience of building execution work.
• Educational Qualification: B.E. / Diploma Civil.
• Any other specific requirements if so required:

1.Large-scale Trimix, Machine foundations.

2. Aware with standard mode of measurements and holding post in planning and billing engineering.

3.Past / prevailing experience with Pre Engineering Buildings will be preferred.
