• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveller’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
