IIFL Finance Ltd in Rajasthan is hiring a Gold Appraiser to join our branch network. You will attend to walk-in customers, explain the gold loan process, conduct valuations, and identify purity accurately while ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities include cash handling during disbursals and collections, creating CUIDs, updating LOS, maintaining branch registers, securing KYC documents, and following up on interest and principal payments with a focus on customer satisfaction from

• Walk-in customer handling and explanations of gold loan processes.
• Valuation of gold and accurate purity identification.
• Packing, storage and post-loan return of gold ornaments.
• Cash handling during disbursal, interest collection and closures.
• Creation of CUID and LOS updates during disbursal, payments and closure.
• Maintain branch registers for cash, packets, and visits.
• Securely collect and store customer KYC documents.
• Follow-up on timely interest and principal payments.
• Provide excellent customer service at pledge, release, or payment steps.

• Conducting gold valuations and identifying gold purity accurately.
• Properly packing and storing gold and gold packets after loan disbursal. Returning gold ornaments to customers after loan closure.
• Managing cash (system & physical) during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create new CUID in system & modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & LoanClosure.
• Maintain branch registers as per the guidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc.
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at everystep i.e. while pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Additional Responsibilities

Insummary, the Gold appraiser is responsible for the end-to-end transactionprocess for gold loans - from valuation to disbursal to closure, along withcustomer service.

CTC Upto 3 Lacs ( for Non-Metro) / 4.20 Lacs ( for Metro )
