• Managing cash (system & physical) during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create new CUID in system & modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & Loan Closure.
• Maintain branch registers as per guidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits.
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at every step i.e. pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.
