Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Durgapur is seeking an Assistant Agency Manager to drive agency growth in the East region. You will identify and mobilize potential candidates to enroll as agents, activate certified agents through premium mobilization, and ensure agents are trained on products, policies, and sales processes.

The role reports to the Retail Business Group and requires 1–4 years of sales experience in insurance. This is a permanent, on-site position at the Durgapur branch.
