Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking an Agency Manager to develop and expand an agency network in the West region. You will train advisors about products and processes, resolve channel partner queries promptly, and meet customers with channel partners for fresh sales and servicing issues.

Additionally, you will conduct team meetings and provide regular input to boost productivity, while managing a small team in a non-campus, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
