Job summary

Made By India is seeking an accounting professional in Uttar Pradesh to manage Tally data entry, bank reconciliations, payroll disbursements, and export/forex operations. The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience with Tally Prime / ERP 9 and strong MS Excel skills.

The candidate will assist in GST compliance, LUT/export documentation, and general audit support, ensuring accurate books for local and global vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce or accounting is required.
• 2–5 years of practical accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Tally data entry and bookkeeping: post daily vouchers and manage AR/AP for vendors.
• Execute monthly bank reconciliations within Tally for multi-currency accounts.
• Prepare monthly salary disbursements based on working hours.
• Export & forex operations: generate export invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills with production/finishing.
• Track remittances and maintain Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC).
• Monitor export payment status and update ledgers.
• Support GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) via Tally and maintain LUT/export documentation.
• Assist with TDS entries and audit documentation.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Tally Data Entry & Bookkeeping:
  • Post daily vouchers in Tally Prime / ERP 9 including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for global and local vendors.
  • Execute monthly Bank Reconciliations within Tally for multi-currency accounts.
  • Monthly Salary preparation & its on-time disbursal to employees of the company on the basis of their working hours.
• Export & Forex Operations:
  • Generate and book export commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and Shipping Bills in coordination with Production / Finishing Department.
  • Track Foreign Inward Remittances and maintain records for Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC).
  • Monitor Export Payment status and update Foreign Buyer Ledgers regularly.
• Compliance & Taxation:
  • Assist in preparing data for monthly GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) via Tally.
  • Maintain precise documentation for export under LUT (Letter of Undertaking) and IGST refund claims.
  • Handle TDS entries, computations, and assist with general audit documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors / Post Graduate degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / Pursuing CA).
• Experience: 2-5 years of practical accounting experience.

• Technical Skill:
  • Advanced, hands-on experience working with Tally Prime / ERP 9.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for reconciliation sheets and data exports.

• Knowledge Base:
  • Sound understanding of core accounting principles and double-entry book-keeping.
  • Basic familiarity with GST regulations on export-oriented business models.
