Job summary

Energyminds Power Solutions Private Limited seeks an experienced accountant in Uttar Pradesh, Dadri. You will manage day-to-day accounting, maintain books in Tally ERP, handle invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

You will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, prepare MIS and financial reports, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal teams. 5–7 years of relevant experience and a Commerce background are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce is required.
• M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in GST and statutory compliance.

Job description

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.
• Handle TDS deduction, deposit, returns, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, reconciliation statements, and financial reports for management.
• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and statutory records.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments for accounting and compliance-related matters.
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Support management in financial analysis, reporting, and other accounting requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior work experience in the Power Sector / Power Trading industry is preferred.
