You will also help maintain equipment storage and keep simple records of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction or concrete-related work and willingness to learn core cutting techniques.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting equipment, working on ladders, and standing for extended periods.
• Understanding of basic safety practices on construction sites and readiness to follow safety guidelines and use protective gear.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized, with the ability to follow instructions and support senior technicians effectively.
• Strong attention to detail for measurement, marking, and site preparation, with a focus on clean and accurate work.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact respectfully with customers on-site.
• Prior experience in construction, renovation, or related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school education or equivalent; technical training in construction or civil work is a plus.
