Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and 3PL logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and physical stock audits.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, SOPs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, productivity, and workforce utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, turnaround time (TAT), order accuracy, and dispatch performance.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, inventory, and productivity.
• Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and other operational resources.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues within defined timelines.
• Support cost control initiatives and drive continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics processes.
