Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced ASIC/RTL Program Manager to lead complex semiconductor programs from conception to commercial sample release. This high‑visibility role drives schedule, performance, power, and cost metrics, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful tape‑outs and delivery.

You will own the ASIC/IP development lifecycle, manage milestones and risks, and provide regular executive updates while ensuring disciplined adherence to development processes and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 4 years, Master’s + 3 years, or PhD + 2 years in CS/EE
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Total Experience: 13–18 years, with 3+ years in project/program management
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
• Foundry/operations exposure is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete ASIC/IP development lifecycle
• Partner closely with Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, Physical Design, and other teams
• Drive program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage risks, track issues, and implement mitigation plans
• Provide executive‑level roll‑up reporting on metrics, progress, risks, and staffing
• Ensure adherence to product development processes, design reviews, and change control
• Engage with stakeholders, including foundries and operations teams

As an ASIC Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving program execution across schedule, performance, power, and cost metrics—from program conception to commercial sample release. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams and leadership to ensure successful tape‑outs and program delivery.

• Lead and manage the complete ASIC/IP development lifecycle
