Job summary

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to plan and execute new store openings, renovations, and façade elevation strategies in line with the latest MPM and NSO guidelines.

You will coordinate merchandise presentation and in-store visuals to ensure a compelling shopper experience. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor negotiations, and timely store setup with accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute new store openings and renovations per guidelines.
• Design façade elevations and ensure branding consistency.
• Plan and order mannequins, hangers, and VM hardware.
• Maintain budgets and negotiate with vendors to keep costs tight.
• Set up stores and follow manager timelines; ensure timely billing.
• Visit stores on schedule; train front-line teams on MPM elevations.
• Maintain store dockets, before/after pics, and monthly reports.

Key Result Areas

Planning and Execution of New Store + Renovations:

• Open all stores as per latest MPM (Merchandising Presentation Manual) + NSO (New Store Opening) guidelines and the latest retail ID.
• Design and execute the façade elevations.
• Plan and order the mannequins, hangers, VM hardware and negative area.
• Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
• Set-up the store and follow the timelines given by manager.
• Ensure timely billing process.

Improve Visual Experience For The Customer

• Timely adaptations of Window and In-store Dockets
• Push for MPM replication quality and elevations uniformity as per planned density through all the stores
• Timely Planning and Executions.
• Ensure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
• Ensure that the stores have put up the latest and right communications in all stores.

Drive Operational excellence in VM

• Ensure visits as per calendar to the stores in line the RVM and RM.
• Timely training at the model store to drill down MPM and Elevations to the front-end team - to be planned with the ABM.
• Maintain all store visit reports, with before and after pics and/or training pics.
• Keep the billing process tight and follow the process to the T.
• Compilation of execution pics of the region
• Monthly/Quarterly calendar and reports maintenance.
• Update all store dockets in Q4
