Regional Visual Merchandiser - Job Description

The VM Operations Executive will be responsible to drive the execution of visual merchandising plans across retail stores in the region. This role ensures consistent brand presentation through timely implementation of marketing campaigns, store displays, and product highlights. The role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to support store teams in maintaining high visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising plans, guidelines, and standards for stores within the region.
• Ensure consistency with brand image and visual merchandising policies.
• Conduct regular visits to retail stores to audit and evaluate VM execution.
• Guide and support store teams to resolve display issues and maintain compliance with VM guidelines.
• Update and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Provide hands‑on training and support store teams to ensure understanding and proper execution of VM principles.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform visual merchandising strategies.
• Provide regular reports on visual merchandising initiatives, sales performance, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including store operations, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Communicate visual merchandising strategies, guidelines, and best practices to store teams and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.
