• Must be a Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a reputed Govt. or Pvt. Organization.
• There should be consistent academic records from SSC to HSC to Engineering with 65% in all three steps.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor service operations within the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to dealers, customers, and field technicians.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and breakdown cases.
• Conduct root cause analysis for repeated technical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with OEM teams, dealers, and spare parts departments to improve service efficiency.
• Monitor warranty claim processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular field visits to customer locations and dealer workshops.
• Train dealer technicians and service staff on technical updates and service procedures.
• Maintain service records, reports, MIS data, and customer feedback documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service support and relationship management.
• Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities when required.
• Achieve service KPIs related to response time, machine uptime, customer satisfaction, and warranty cost control.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company operational guidelines.

Must know about working as a Field Service Engineer or Asst. Manager in a reputed and recognized OEM company or OEM Dealership. Experience of Truck Hydraulics, Industrial Hydraulics, Mobile Hydraulics (Engineer for Construction Equipment or Crane Companies) will be given preference. Even Commercial Vehicle Service Engineers will do.

Educational Background

There should be consistent academic records from SSC to HSC to Engineering. We need people who have consistently scored 65% in all three steps
