• Customer Relationship Management - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers, DSA and customers to gather feedback and improve services.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individuals and team targets.
