Job summary

Vulcan Ceramics Group in Delhi is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive concrete admixture sales across the assigned territory. You will engage with ready-mix plants, precast yards, and infrastructure contractors to grow market share and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of PCE grades and the ability to run plant trials, resolve compatibility issues, and leverage regional networks to win projects with metros and road/infra initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of selling admixtures to ready-mix plants, precast yards and infrastructure contractors.
• Understand PCE grades (water reducing vs slump - retention , HPEG/TPEG/MPEG, solids % dosage)
• Can run plant trials and handle compatibility issues.
• Has strong regional networks.

Responsibilities

• Sales for Concrete Admixture within the territory assigned.
• Drive sales in the region focusing on project sales for key customers such as Metro, Road Projects, Infrastructure Projects, and Ready-Mix Concrete COMPANIES.
• Coordinate with channel partners and distributors.
• Provide strong sales support to increase efficiency and organization of the sales team.
• Conduct regular visits and meetings with clients to promote products and services.
