Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycle: lead gen, site visits, BOQ collection, quotation, negotiation, order closure, post-sale coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and site visits to identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present BOQs and quotations; negotiate terms and close orders.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams post-sale to ensure delivery.

• 615 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant portion in the aluminium, UPVC windows/doors, faade, glazing, or fenestration industry (candidates from adjacent premium building-materials categories will be considered).


• Demonstrated track record of project sales engaging and closing business through architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.


• Experience managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, BOQ collection, quotation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sale coordination with production and installation teams.


• Target-driven mindset with a consistent record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with an existing network in the Bangalore construction/real-estate ecosystem considered a strong advantage.
