DUTIES & AUTHORITIES

Marketing Strategies - Formulating Marketing strategies for product sales & implementation

Network Coverage & Expansion:

• Overall control of sales activities in the Branch.


• To meet all Distributors & Dealers at regular interval.


• Fixing of sales targets (Branch level) - segregation of the targets to sales officer and interim follow-up of the targets.


• Authorizing of appointment of new dealers.


• Implementing dealer development plan.


• Meetings with Dealers Service Technicians for creating brand awareness.


• Review of sales officers performance & taking corrective actions, if necessary.


• Dealer Target - Authorizing the dealer wise sales target.


• Discount Management Additional discount should not be given.


• Dealer Management Balance confirmation with Dealers and Distributors quarterly.


• Preparation & allocation of advertisement budget to branch with CMO approval.


• Training - Providing training to sales officers relating to new products promotions and service.


• Collection - Monitoring Collection follow up.


• Approvals of various accounting documents - such as Credit Notes, Debit Notes, General JVs, stock JVs.


• Fund & material Transfer to ensure fund transfers and material transfers without delay.


• Cash Deposit & Cash Deposit to ensure cheque & cash deposits without any delay.


• Expense Control - Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. Expenditure budget monitoring. Budget vs Actual Variance analysis.
