Job summary

Jky Management Solution in Goa seeks a Sales & Collections Manager to oversee dealer-wise and officer-wise targets, monitor daily performance, and drive volume growth in the region.

You will coordinate with the State Head for project sales approvals, manage collections, and lead expansion through rural dealer networks while maintaining market share and top dealer performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of sales target Dealer-wise & officer-wise (which adds up to the targets for the officer mapped to these Dealers) for each month including required field activity in terms of visits, events, etc. in discussion with the State Head
• Monitor & drive sales, productivity & collections daily with Salespersons through regular interactions
• Lead the achievement of sales volume growth for the sales area as per plan
• Seek approval from State Head for project sales and for any special pricing & other terms for trade sales, if required, in specific markets
• Ensure collections on time and full
• Ensure % of direct dispatch through plant to maintain the plant: warehouse optimised ratio
• Lead special projects for expansion like rural expansion, appoint dealers in various villages
• Drive to maintain or increase market share %

Dealer Management

• Monitor Dealer Network performance and provide suggestions for network expansion in line with plan defined by management. Ensure better service and monitoring of top 5 dealers by volume
• Assist in resolution of escalated issues related to product quality & price
• Monitor implementation of dealer engagement activities as per plan in the market, ensure success of loyalty scheme
• Ensure dealer appointment

Branding Team

• Coordinate with Branding team, company budget, priority of dealer and ASM
