Job summary

Paytm is seeking a dynamic leader to expand the sale of EDC machines across multiple locations in India. You will build and guide a sales/ops team, onboard merchants for offline solutions, and maintain strong relationships with merchants and PSU companies.

This role emphasizes hiring, coaching, target setting, and day-to-day operational oversight. The ideal candidate will drive sales through proper channels, resolve merchant queries, and continuously engage the merchant base to sustain growth

About the team

The Medium Merchant Business vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.

About the role

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
